will be established among the pupils using foreign language and the services of

Project
Description: Pupils will be divided in groups. The first group will be assigned to learn the history of units of measurement, second – modern units of measurement, third - to find names of measurement units mentioned in literature, what means proverbs with
measurement names. Forth –collect
datas of every groups, conduct the practical work of measure adult human (for egz. Perent, teacher) with old and new
units of length and compare their accuracy. The fifth - do exercises about calculations with units and conversation of units. The groups will make presentation and publish it on the blog. The presentation will be reviewed by pre-established rubric
The connection with the subjects the national scheme: Literature: Writing, reading, creation of painting, discussion skills. History: learn origin of Georgian, foreign and international measurement systems and the way of their evolution.
Art: painting, photography. Mathematics: make measuring, conversion and calculation with various units.Information: Internet, presentations, blogs.
